A new CV to improve your employability

What is the process? What is included?

We will initially book a free consultation with you to check your requirements, then send a proposal and confirm the fee. If you are happy to proceed, we will arrange a time to discuss in detail your career aspirations; passions; achievements; and current skills so we can build you a bespoke and tailored CV.

Your Profile Summary

Your profile summary will be created to concisely capture your credentials and expertise, including a summary of your skills and the opportunities you are seeking in your next role.

Key Skills

We will discuss your key skills and ensure they feature in your work experiences to validate what is stated. Where possible we will looking for examples of crucial skills required to include in your CV, such as digital skills, experience in teamwork, management, leadership and problem solving.

How will your CV stand out?

When applying to larger companies their recruitment system will digitally scan and search CVs for 'keywords' relevant to skills required. We will ensure these are included, for the specific career opportunities you are seeking.

Have you just graduated?

You may have limited work experience to provide - we will help advise you on how best to present your CV in this situation. Through discussions about your university experiences we will be able to display a skillset ahead of you having secured a number of employment work histories.

Have you or do you do any voluntary or extra-curricuclar activities?

We will learn about any skills you have outside of your education or work experiences and include these where applicable, such as examples of digital skills, team building and leadership and critical thinking skills, which are highly sought by employers.

Your LinkedIn profile

We will advise you on the importance of having a profile and help you with your personal branding. We can provide wording support for your profile and provide some top tips. We can also provide networking opportunities relevant for your job search. Once you have a CV to be proud of you can attach this to your profile and appy for jobs very easily!

Costs

The cost will depend on your individual requirements and calculated post your free consultation - current charges are £55 per hour.
